CANCELLATIONS, EARLY DEPARTURES & HOTEL AVAILABILITY
You are personally responsible for verifying your hotel reservation details, including arrival and departure dates. If changes are needed, please contact the hotel directly.
A fee will be charged for arriving after or departing before the dates on your confirmation email.

All attendees must register in person during the hours listed below, regardless of hotel accommodations. Please have the following documents ready:

1 April (Wednesday): Late Registration – 0630-0800
Spouses traveling on an ITO must register in person.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are delayed, email ARNGDSMAC@outlook.com with the subject line "Late Arrival" and include your updated arrival details (including travel companions, if applicable). Only call in case of emergency. DSMAC staff will be monitoring emails for travel updates.
